Job Description

Digitex technologies is looking for an HR Executive-freelance who will work remotely for hiring of IT Sales BDE & Lead generation position. Following will be the tasks and responsibilities-

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates using various online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers or databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting IT Sales Calling-closing(BDE) & IT sales lead generation profiles(for website sales, seo sales & mobile app sales)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient with MS Office, email communication, and ATS (if applicable).
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
