Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Responsibilities will include creating effective job descriptions, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong talent pipelines. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure compliance with organizational policies and support onboarding processes to provide a smooth integration for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job board platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with employment laws and human resources best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in legal services or professional services industries is a plus
