2. Understanding client requirement and sourcing CVs accordingly.
3. Co-ordinating interviews with candidates.
4. Negotiating salary with the candidates.
5. Handling documentation and onboarding of the selected candidates.
6. Co-ordinating timesheets every month with the candidates.
7. Handling candidate grievances and resolving them.
