The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for sales, operations, underwriting, claims, and other roles critical to the insurance business. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain and update the recruitment database (ATS or other tools). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies. Manage recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Participate in employer branding and employee engagement activities. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Familiarity with hiring for roles such as insurance sales agents, underwriters, claim processors, customer service reps, etc. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS). Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience hiring for large-scale insurance sales teams (Banca, Agency, Direct channels). Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry. Understanding of compensation structures and incentive models in the insurance domain. Work Environment:Fast-paced, target-driven recruitment team. Occasional travel for campus hiring or recruitment drives (if applicable).
