Role Description

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment for roles related to

  SAP functional and technical consultants

  along with other IT/non-IT positions as needed.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring smooth recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Conduct HR discussions, negotiate salary offers, and manage pre-joining formalities.
• Support HR operations in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an

  HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

  .
• Knowledge of

  SAP modules and recruitment needs in SAP roles

  is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as

  Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.
• Open to both

  freshers with SAP HR knowledge

  and experienced recruiters.
