Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, admin, etc.)Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planningSource candidates through various channels job portals, social media, references, and campus drivesScreen and interview applicants, coordinating technical and HR roundsEnsure timely offer rollout, onboarding, and documentationMaintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reportsEnsure recruitment practices comply with healthcare regulations and internal HR policiesSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment drivesKey Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Management or equivalentProven experience in healthcare recruitment is preferredStrong understanding of healthcare job roles and skill requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positionsProficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS systems)
