Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, source top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and experience in handling multiple job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting and feedback.
Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary offers and handle onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment records and generate reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
