Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: 18,000-20,000

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can identify top talent and help build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
  • Job Posting & Management: Create detailed job descriptions and post open positions on various platforms. Ensure job postings are accurate and engaging.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and evaluate candidate performance.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate timely and clearly with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks. Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, if applicable] is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment and talent analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
