Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2 years of experience to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments, especially in manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and job applications to match job criteria.
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and employee onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
• Experience hiring for technical/manufacturing/industrial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, Naukri,Apna etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
