Experience Required:

3 – 6 Years (in stores)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and safety of materials.
• Perform regular Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP system.
• Verify and cross-check Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely inward and outward movement of stock.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Issue materials as per requirement to production/maintenance departments.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.

Required Skills:

• SAP (MM Module) – Mandatory
• GRN Processing – Mandatory
• PO Verification – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of inventory and material handling procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle physical stock audits

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or any relevant field

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,418.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
