Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Visa Counsellor to guide students and professionals through the process of applying for study, work, or travel visas. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of visa application processes for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility. Counsel students and clients for various visa categories such as study, work, PR, and tourist visas. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about immigration laws, visa rules, and application processes of different countries. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing all required documents before submission. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, or visa processing agencies when necessary. Keep records of all client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle client queries promptly via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: counseling, education, or related fields) Proven experience as a visa counselor or in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language) Good interpersonal and client-handling skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of MS Office and online application platforms Preferred: Experience with student visa counseling for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand Knowledge of SOP writing and admission processes Multi-lingual candidates preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,668.69 - ₹33,812.04 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
