Job Title: Part-Time HR Recruiter Location: Vijaynagar, Indore Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Part time (Monday to Saturday) Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Part-Time HR Recruiter to support hiring good talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment of top-tier talent across various departments. The ideal candidate should be good in documentation with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Discuss with top management to define job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and job portals. Post job openings on relevant platforms and track applications using the applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate fit. Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-ups to candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Assist in drafting job descriptions and employment posting. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Support employer branding initiatives and career events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Assist with onboarding tasks when needed. Qualifications : Required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience. Familiarity with online job boards (LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Preferred: Experience recruiting for multiple departments or industries. Familiarity with employment law and recruitment best practices. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Occasional attendance at career fairs or in-person interviews (if applicable).
