Following would be the responsibilities which should include, but should not be limited to the following• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax laws, accounting principles, and financial regulations• Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex financial information• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation• Manage Statutory audits, including tax audits and assisting with assessment and inquiries from GST authorities• Understand and comply with FEMA, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Banking and Corporate laws• Perform revenue booking as per internal financial policies, timely and accurate processing of invoices• Following up for receivables for past due invoices• Applying customer receipts in a timely and accurate manner, following up for details for unapplied receipts• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build rapport and manage service quality and delivery.• Help implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of services to the business.• Preparing Balance sheet notes• Liaising with Banks and Consultants for filing of Export Incentives

Technical Skills Required Knowledge and experience in Export & Import is necessary.Knowledge and experience in dispatch documents preparation &handover to different transporters.Collection of the delivered material receipts from customer siteas per Company requirements for invoicing.Must have knowledge on service goods (to & Fro transportation)and material transportation to different customers.Good knowledge on transportation agencies & sufficientknowledge on part loading, full truck loading, ODC with differentcapacities based on the dimensions & tonnages.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, andcompany policies.Stay informed about changes in logistics and transportationregulations.Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, andcustomers.Address inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics andshipments.
