Job Description

Education :- Diploma only Responsibilities Measurement and Testing of Components for machined and assembled items at In-House. Independent handling of Quality Inspection based on Customer requirements. Preparing QAP as per job requirement. Preparation of machining and assembly inspection report . Maintain document and data as per the defined procedures. Review of Calibrated measuring instruments as per standards. Good knowledge in various welding and process and associated defects. Suggest suitable corrective/preventive actions for the products/processes. Ensure control of non-conforming products during in-process and final inspection. Good Knowledge in machining processes. Inspect Mechanical parts of Equipment to ensure that they meet quality requirement. Conduct Dimensional checks on Mechanical assemblies and sub assemblies. Identify and Report Quality non-conformance in product/process. Work with cross-functional team to improve in-process quality. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Technical Skills Set NDT Level 2 Good Knowledge of Machined and Assembled components Good Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic System
