Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Quality Management system, striving for best in class products
Traveling to OEM/Third party/Suppliers place as per requirements (both India and Abroad).
Conduct and participate in internal quality audits/process/Customer audits as and when necessary
Manage Raw Material (SMT & Magnetics) Quality Control.
Timely closure of Supplier Corrective Action, defect analysis, and troubleshooting.
Supplier upgradation through System & Process Audit, maintaining performance ratings, and training programs.
Handle external & internal audits.
Facilitate Supplier and new Part Development with CFT.

Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)

1. Hands on experience in Lithium Battery / Energy storage System Testing & Manufacturing

2. Experience in Incoming /Outgoing /third party inspection

3. Hands on experience of Quality tools like 7QC,8D,4W1H

4. Supplier Quality Managements / Lean Six Sigma

5. Preferred

Six Sigma green belt / Black Belt
Internal /Lead Auditor for ISO /IATF standards
Familiar with international Laboratories like UL , TUV , Intratek
Understand IEC/UL/AIS Battery relevant standards
Hands on experience with international battery component suppliers
