The selected candidate will be responsible for: Executing fixed equipment integrity (FEI) plans through inspections, predictive analysis, and maintenance reviews of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines. Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Technical, and Turnaround teams to monitor equipment condition, mitigate risks, and drive reliability improvements. Ensuring regulatory compliance for pressure vessels and storage tanks by coordinating with relevant authorities. Managing and optimizing inspection planning, including RBI-based analysis and repair recommendations. Maintaining inspection data using systems/tools like Meridium, OSIsoft PI, Seeq , and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Contributing to turnaround planning by proposing scope and monitoring execution to prevent schedule and cost overruns. Developing and tracking KPIs for inspection program effectiveness and equipment health. 3+ years of experience in inspection, reliability, or maintenance in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical environments. Sound knowledge of API codes : API 510, 570, 653, and ASME Section VIII / B31.3. Hands-on experience with RBI programs, NDT techniques , and fixed equipment health assessment. Working knowledge of tools like Meridium, Seeq, OSIsoft PI , or similar. Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
