We are hiring Fixed Equipment Inspectors with strong backgrounds in asset integrity and reliability engineering to support fixed equipment operations for large-scale oil & gas facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Executing fixed equipment integrity (FEI) plans through inspections, predictive analysis, and maintenance reviews of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines. Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Technical, and Turnaround teams to monitor equipment condition, mitigate risks, and drive reliability improvements. Ensuring regulatory compliance for pressure vessels and storage tanks by coordinating with relevant authorities. Managing and optimizing inspection planning, including RBI-based analysis and repair recommendations. Maintaining inspection data using systems/tools like Meridium, OSIsoft PI, Seeq , and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Contributing to turnaround planning by proposing scope and monitoring execution to prevent schedule and cost overruns. Developing and tracking KPIs for inspection program effectiveness and equipment health. 3+ years of experience in inspection, reliability, or maintenance in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical environments. Sound knowledge of API codes : API 510, 570, 653, and ASME Section VIII / B31.3. Hands-on experience with RBI programs, NDT techniques , and fixed equipment health assessment. Working knowledge of tools like Meridium, Seeq, OSIsoft PI , or similar. Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies. To lead the Quality Assurance and Control function for the MRO division, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement in quality systems, and maintaining the highest levels of safety and efficiency in maintenance and repair operations. The role will be responsible for regulatory adherence, audits, quality systems implementation, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. The scope of work for this position would include: Lockheed C130J Fleet (catering to more than 23 countries) and supporting variants of Airbus C295 i.e. Tactical Transporter, Maritime Surveillance Aircraft, MPA/ASW, Armed ISR, SIGINT, Air-to-Air Fuelling, Medical Evacuation and Fire Fighter. Strategic: Develop and implement a Quality Strategy aligned with business goals for the MRO division. Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, DGCA, AS9110, ISO 9001, and other regulatory standards. Establish and maintain certifications and accreditations necessary for MRO operations. Define quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance quality performance. Develop policies and frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure operational excellence. Execution/ Implementation: Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Lead internal and external audits (customer, supplier, and regulatory audits) and ensure non-conformance resolution. Develop and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) frameworks. Optimize quality inspection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT). Ensure adherence to document control, calibration, and maintenance of quality records. People Related : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality assurance and control team Conduct regular training programs on quality standards, compliance, and best practices for technicians and engineers Foster a culture of quality, safety, and compliance across MRO operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Support) to drive quality improvements. Functional: Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT), incoming material inspections, and final product acceptance. Ensure supplier and vendor quality compliance, conducting supplier audits and evaluations. Monitor and analyze quality data, trends, and reports to proactively address quality issues. Drive Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Failure Risk Assessments (PFMEA). Work closely with regulatory authorities and customers to resolve quality-related concerns. Technical Know/How Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes Knowledge of aviation quality and safety standards such as AS9110, FAA /EASA Part 145/ CAR 145, and ISO 9001 Expertise in quality management software, ERP/MRO systems, and document control systems. Familiarity with NDT techniques, precision measurement tools, and calibration requirements. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
