We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding job requirements to offer closure. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Handle both bulk and niche hiring efficiently. Key Skills Required Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment . Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of various job roles and technical terminologies. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines. Candidates with experience in the ITES industry are preferred.
