Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Indore | Full-Time | On-Site Only Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skill, learning speed, and ownership) About the Role We are a healthy food company launching multiple brands in the snacking category. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the founder and support across multiple verticals — sales, production, vendor coordination, admin, basic marketing support, etc. • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for packaging, printing, or order updates • Maintain simple reports and daily trackers on Excel/Google Sheets • Follow up with suppliers, delivery partners, and store managers • Support in new product launches — from demo planning to stock readiness • Help set up SOPs, basic systems, and reminders for smooth operations • Handle unplanned issues with a calm, problem-solving attitude • Be flexible to jump into any task — big or small — based on priority What We’re Looking For • Someone who is fast, gets things done and honest • Basic comfort with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and phone calls • Knows how to manage time and follow up without being reminded • Fluent in Hindi and English • Not afraid of pressure, multitasking, or ground-level work • Willing to work on weekends if needed during peak hours Preferred • Experience: 1–2 years (freshers welcome if serious about learning) • Background: Any degree is okay — attitude matters more • Bonus if you’ve worked in food, FMCG, retail, or early-stage startups Growth Path • Great learning opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast • Over 12–18 months, the right person can take charge of one full vertical (operations, marketing, or sales) • Performance-based raises and leadership roles available in future Not for You If: • You need a fixed desk job with no change in routine • You aren’t okay with doing small, on-ground tasks • You want a team under you from day one • You are not comfortable with fast-paced, ever-changing work
