About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling key operational tasks related to NAPS registrations and payroll management. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to start their careers in Operations, Compliance, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) registrations and documentation.
Support the team in payroll processing and maintaining employee data (NAPS).
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for compliance and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle data and meet deadlines.
