Power Platform and Power BI Architect JG4 (Senior Consultant/Manager) Job Description Job Summary: This is full-time role focused on IT Projects with the ability to deliver against strict deadlines and business requirements. As SharePoint Developer, the person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing. He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG’s best practices policies and procedures. This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required. Job Responsibilities: • Understand abstract concepts and translating them into technical solutions which are based on Microsoft technologies to meet the business needs. • Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications. • Develop code and unit testing of the software projects. • Comply with all applicable product development processes. Performs software design as well as implements and/or maintains code according to duties and responsibilities • Team & Technology Leadership experience Qualifications and Experience: • Primary Skill: Power-Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent • Typical Experience: Should have Minimum 8 -10 years' IT experience with designing and developing solutions. • Support the NextGen program in preparing DIY applications - Build a culture of using PowerApps platform within the program - Support in developing the application for red zone category (set by DIY Coach) • Ability to develop PowerApps Canvas Application • Ability to develop model driven application with Common Data Service (MS Structured Database) for specific environments • Ability to develop PowerApps Custom Connector Understanding of how to utilize standard connectors • Understanding of how to use premium connectors Ability to create MS Flows • Understanding of PowerApps and Flow native Data Loss Prevention Policies • Ability to complete Unit Testing, Functional testing and to support baseline testing against rules • Ability to set up SQL Databases, Create Stored procedures and data views Understanding of PowerBI and • Ability to integrate with the underlying data area Understanding of SPO and PowerApps Canvas Apps within SPO to replace Infopathforms Other SharePoint Customizations • Ability to analyze existing Shadow IT Solutions (Excel + VBA / Access 2010) design and redesign into a Canvas PowerApp
