Motion Graphic Designer

Job Title: Motion Graphics & 3D Designer (with Static Graphics Expertise) About Us: We are a fast-growing brand focused on innovative and visually captivating designs for food, lifestyle, and retail products. Our creative team thrives on storytelling through visuals, both static and animated. We’re looking for a highly skilled 3D and 2D motion Designer who can bring concepts to life with designs, motion graphics, and static visuals, creating stunning content for marketing, branding, and product visualization. Key Responsibilities: 3D Designs Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for products, packaging, and marketing visuals. Create realistic and stylized 3D scenes, product mock-ups, and animations for digital media. Use 3D assets for e-commerce product visualization and marketing campaigns. Motion Graphics Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, product demos, and branding reels. Work with audio, voiceovers, and dynamic transitions to create visually appealing video content. Static Graphics & Branding Collaborate with the marketing team to produce static creatives like banners, ads, social media posts, and packaging elements. Assist in creating visual assets that align with the brand identity. Creative Ideation & Execution Translate briefs and concepts into visually stunning designs and animations. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm and create unique storytelling visuals. Cross-Software Design Integration Integrate 2D illustrations and graphic elements for mixed-media projects. Optimize designs for various platforms (web, social media, print, AR/VR if required). Required Skills & Expertise: 3D Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D (any or multiple). Adobe Suite: Expertise in Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Character Animator. Rendering Engines: Experience with V-Ray, Arnold, or similar rendering tools. Animation: Strong skills in rigging, keyframe animation, and character/scene animation. Static Design: Excellent sense of composition, typography, and color theory for static graphics. Video Editing: Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro (bonus). Creativity: Ability to conceptualize unique ideas, storytelling, and high-quality visual effects. Detail Orientation: Strong eye for realism, aesthetics, and fine details. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience as a designer/motion graphics artist. A strong portfolio/reel showcasing animations, and static/motion projects. Experience working with brands or agencies is a plus. Key Traits We Value: Creative problem-solving mindset.
