Role Overview

HR Professional

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage

    end-to-end employee life cycle

    , including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exits (F&F).
  • Handle

    leave, attendance, and payroll inputs

     in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate

    employee records, documentation, and HR databases

    .
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct and manage

    background verification

     for new hires.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Drive

    end-to-end recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements on time.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and implement

    employee engagement activities

    , recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a

    positive work environment

     by driving HR initiatives aligned with company values.

Systems & HRMS

  • Manage

    HRMS platforms (preferably Greythr)

     for attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.) for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

      Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience:

  • 3-6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR operations, recruitment, and policies.

  • Proficiency in

    HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
