Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with 3-6 years of relevant HR experience who will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of employee life cycle management, HR policies, compliance, and HRMS tools (Greythr preferred). You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting business growth through effective people management. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance Manage end-to-end employee life cycle , including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exits (F&F). Handle leave, attendance, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team. Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases . Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Conduct and manage background verification for new hires. Recruitment & Talent Management Drive end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Build a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements on time. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and implement employee engagement activities , recognition programs, and cultural initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work environment by driving HR initiatives aligned with company values. Systems & HRMS Manage HRMS platforms (preferably Greythr) for attendance, leave, and employee data. Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.) for management review. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred). Experience: 3-6 years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and policies. Proficiency in HRMS tools (Greythr preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
