Job Description: Role Summary As a MOC Resident Medical Officer should supposed to manage all the patient care. Should be a team player and work closely with his team of doctors. You should keep visiting the IPD patients, go for rounds and check their progress. Major Duties and Responsibilities A) Patient Experience Attending patients in the IPD before the consultant arrives, make note of the necessary changes in symptoms & Assess their general conditions. Inform patients condition and reports to consultant and take the call whether patient is fit for chemo or not discussing with the consultant. Ensure patient waiting times are maintained as per given standards Ensure patient feedback forms are fully filled by the patients/relatives Ensure google reviews are taken for the center as per the given target Give blood tests, Fill clinical notes & counsel patients about what is chemotherapy, how long the procedure will last & answer their queries if any regarding the process. To maintain patient records as per standards set up by the hospital administration. B) Miscellaneous Assist the Consultant and document clinical findings. Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans. Provide medical service within the hospital on a roster basis. Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and of relevant action taken. Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patient. To be familiar with all relevant procedures/policies. To be familiar with center and company clinical policies. To be aware of the centres clinical risk programme and report clinical incidents, drug errors and near misses. To participate in clinical audit and implementation of clinical governance. This role involves managing front desk activities, coordinating patient flow, and overseeing floor operations to ensure a seamless and compassionate patient experience. Key Responsibilities: * Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and query handling. * Coordinate with medical and support staff to streamline patient movement and reduce wait times. * Ensure the floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene protocols. * Monitor patient flow and address any issues or delays proactively. * Maintain accurate records of patient visits and service feedback. * Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the medical team to ensure clarity and comfort. * Support administrative tasks and report operational issues to management promptly.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical & Operational Management Supervise OPD and IPD nursing services to ensure smooth patient flow and clinical efficiency. Monitor and reduce patient waiting time for IPD patients through effective planning and coordination. Ensure implementation and compliance with standard nursing protocols and infection control practices. Training & Development Plan and conduct regular staff training programs to improve clinical skills, communication, and adherence to protocols. Evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement for nursing staff. Records & Documentation Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of Medical Records Department (MRD) data as per NABH guidelines. Maintain daily and monthly reports related to nursing activities and audits. Quality & Safety Conduct and participate in regular mock drills (fire safety, code blue, etc.). Implement and monitor infection control practices in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Resource & Inventory Management Monitor inventory control , ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and consumables. Maintain records to minimize stock-out percentage and avoid disruptions in patient care. Team & Attrition Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the nursing team. Identify causes of attrition , conduct exit interviews, and implement strategies to improve retention. Patient Experience & Feedback Regularly review patient feedback (OPD/IPD) and take corrective actions to address concerns. Work closely with the patient relations and quality team to enhance patient satisfaction.
