Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, design, and deliver engaging and effective training programs on a wide range of soft skills including communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, negotiation, customer service, team collaboration, and time management.

* Conduct needs analysis to identify the soft skill development requirements of employees and departments.

* Tailor training content to meet specific organizational goals and target audience needs.

* Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

* Collaborate with HR and department heads to track and report on progress and development.

* Provide continuous support and mentoring to participants to ensure skills are applied in the workplace.

* Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the field of soft skills development.

* Maintain records of training sessions, feedback, and progress reports.

* Regular visit to different center in Delhi.
