Role Overview: As an experienced HR Professional in the US staffing industry, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end HR operations ensuring compliance with US employment laws and documentation. You will play a crucial role in supporting recruiter engagement and maintaining seamless coordination across teams working in the US process. This is a fully onsite position located in Madhapur, Hyderabad, requiring you to work during US business hours. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the floor. - Manage employee relations, attendance, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions. - Handle onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance in accordance with US staffing and labor law terms. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HR documentation. - Support recruitment and operations teams with HR guidance specific to US employment practices. - Coordinate engagement activities, retention programs, and performance management. - Provide HR support during audits, appraisals, and internal reviews. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in the US staffing/recruitment industry. - Strong understanding of US employment law, compliance, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with MS Office and HR management systems. - Must be comfortable working onsite during night shifts (US timings).
