Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Professional role based in Bathinda. The HR Professional will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling payroll, and developing policies that foster a positive work environment. The role also encompasses training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational objectives. HR data management and reporting will also form a critical part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Manpower Planning
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Training, and Development
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
• Proficiency in HR Data Management, Reporting, and Payroll Processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bathinda and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a professional HR certification is a plus
• Experience in HR within industries like construction, IT, or related sectors is highly advantageous
