Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Professional based in Jodhpur. The HR Professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel-related tasks. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple HR tasks while ensuring attention to detail Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is preferred Experience with HR software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
