Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager Track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Background in customer service; knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
