Client Relationship Manager

Job Description: 1. Client Relationship Management: * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests. * Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. * Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise. 2. Account Management: * Oversee client accounts, ensuring services or products are delivered as promised. * Monitor client satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery. * Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, or meetings with clients to assess progress and satisfaction. 3. Business Development: * Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or products to existing clients. * Assist clients with new product or service offerings to enhance their business needs. * Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing business relationships. 4. Strategic Planning & Reporting: * Develop tailored strategies to help clients meet their business goals. * Monitor client feedback and market trends to anticipate future needs or opportunities. * Prepare reports and presentations for clients, detailing progress, outcomes, and recommendations. 5. Collaboration: * Work with internal teams (e.g., operations, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met. * Provide valuable insights to the marketing or product development teams based on client feedback and market trends. 6. Problem Resolution: * Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues or conflicts. * Manage client expectations and ensure that solutions are implemented promptly. 7. Client Retention: * Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction, reducing churn rates. * Ensure that client contracts and agreements are renewed on time.
