Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Job Summary: The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support, etc.) to deliver optimal service and solutions. Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling products and services. Monitor client account health, including usage, performance, and satisfaction metrics. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity. Participate in client meetings, reviews, and events as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
