KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers to build long-term relationships.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to ensure maximum customer participation.
• Convince potential clients about the benefits of our services and overcome objections professionally.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services based on their requirements.
• Provide detailed service explanations, ensuring clarity in communication.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries professionally.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.
• Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the concerned teams.
• Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and customer interaction details.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Any graduate (candidates with marketing, sales, or business backgrounds are preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 2 year in Sales, Customer Support, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills may also apply.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and convincing customers. Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional approach to work.
