We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused HR OperationsExecutive to drive day-to-day HR processes and ensure end-to-end compliance withlabor laws and internal HR policies across multiple locations. The ideal candidate willbe hands-on with onboarding, statutory registrations (PF/ESIC/UAN), documentation,and employee query resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across geographies, ensuring strict
adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Conduct smooth onboarding including new hire orientation, document
collection, and system updation
- Draft HR documentation in line with internal policies
- Maintain accurate leave trackers and HR data across teams and clients
- Create and update UAN, ESIC, and other statutory registrations for new
employees in a timely manner
- Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and other compliance matters
with clarity and accuracy
- Ensure timely updates in HRMS and maintain clean employee records for audits
and reporting
- Support with offboarding, documentation, and statutory final settlements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Statutory Compliance
- Strong working knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, and other labor law portals
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR is a plus)
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
- Proficient in HRMS tools (e.g., Zimyo, GreytHR, Keka)
