Job Description

As a Data Governance and Quality Specialist at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in driving impact across Southeast by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of Workforce Administration (WFA) data across systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining WFA data governance policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring data accuracy and completeness, conducting regular audits and quality checks, and collaborating with IT and HRIS teams to implement data validation rules and automation. Moreover, you will design and manage efficient data collection processes for workforce metrics, support the integration of data from multiple sources, collaborate with HR Services teams to understand data needs, and develop dashboards and reports to support workforce analytics and decision-making. To excel in this role, you should possess a good understanding of HR processes and data structures, proficiency in data tools such as Excel and Tableau, experience with HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will report to the WFA Office Lead within the Global Delivery & Excellence organization of Schneider Electric's HR Services and Transformation. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Information Systems, have 2-4 years of experience in HR data governance, workforce administration, or HR Information Systems, knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, experience with SQL or other data querying languages, and certification in HR analytics or data governance.
