Location: Bhandup Hospital (Utkarsh Global Foundation)
Position: HR Operations Manager

Role Summary

The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions at our Bhandup animal hospital, ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, compliance, and coordination with the central HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the hospital, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage employee queries, grievances, and support in fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training, workshops, and staff welfare activities.
• Monitor and report key HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, manpower planning, etc.).
• Support management in audits, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
• Work closely with hospital administration and the Utkarsh Global Foundation HR team for alignment.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
