HR Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager at UPL Global Business Services Limited (GBSL), your role is crucial in leading the delivery of efficient and employee-centric HR services across UPL's global operations. You will drive transformation through process standardization, data-driven insights, and collaboration with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement within the GBS framework. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs - Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries - Drive harmonization of HR processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives - Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors - Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards - Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence within the team - Collaborate with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities - Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends and deliver reports to support data-driven decision-making - Lead the strategic scaling of GBS operations, manage operational budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment - Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models - Proven leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills,
