Role: HR Operation Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct employee training, onboarding, and orientation programs.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs while ensuring compliance.
Manage background verification for all new hires.
Prepare and maintain job descriptions and ensure KRAs are updated.
Support off-roll recruitment during seasonal requirements.
Assist in the performance appraisal process.
