Key Responsibilities and Functional Expertise Ensure efficient completion of all repair and maintenance activities to support smooth operations of Warehouses and Cold Storage Plants. Conduct timely visits to warehouse locations for identification of project-related and repair/maintenance issues. Manage vendor negotiations , PO creation in SAP , and vendor payment processing . Regularly check and monitor SSL Cold Plants and FFT Unit service conditions to ensure optimal functionality. Coordinate closely with warehouse managers and technical teams for issue resolution and execution. Lead vendor development initiatives when required, including tracking material delivery and timelines. Perform cost comparisons , drive cost-saving initiatives , and ensure timely invoice booking . Maintain working knowledge of audit processes , SOPs , and compliance requirements. Functional expertise in: Purchase & Vendor Development Cost Estimation & Analysis Equipment knowledge: Compressors, Pumps, Motors, Weighbridges, Lifts, and Electrical systems
