Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Analyze inbound and outbound leads to identify scalability potential.
• Collaborate on proposal creation, negotiation, and onboarding of new clients.
• Develop compelling case studies showcasing successful brand campaigns to drive new business.

Partnership & Commission Management

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Oversee partnership commission structures, ensuring transparency and timely payouts.

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Lead strategic hiring efforts to attract top-tier talent for critical roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.

Team & Culture Enhancement

• Drive initiatives to foster collaboration and innovation aligned with business objectives.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and performance reviews to boost productivity.

Auxiliary Strategic Tasks

• Create impactful reports and case studies for internal and external audiences.
• Optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or operations.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
