About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and results-driven Amazon Media Buyer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns on Amazon for our e-commerce clients. This is a work-from-office role — we believe in collaboration, fast feedback, and building a strong team culture in person. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads. Monitor performance data and continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate. Manage budgets and bids to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct competitor and keyword research to inform ad strategies. Collaborate with internal account managers and creative teams to align campaign strategies with brand goals. Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for clients with a focus on clarity and strategic recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Amazon Ads and e-commerce performance marketing. Build and nurture strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and performance expert. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns or similar paid media platforms. Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills — you love digging into numbers and making data-driven decisions. Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console (formerly AMS) or similar DSP tools. Excellent communication skills — able to explain strategy and insights clearly to clients and team members. Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
