We are seeking an HR Operations Manager to take full ownership of our HR operations across India and the US. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and optimize processes that support our internal teams, contractors, and business partners. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about building high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational excellence in a scaling IT Services and Staffing company.
