IBM Z Ecosystem Shared Services Marketing Lead - GTM IBM Z and LinuxONE As an Ecosystem Shared Services Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Lead in the IBM Z Ecosystem organization, your role will include but is not limited to the following: Understand the IBM Z and LinuxONE ecosystem landscape, create and manage content for ISV recruitment campaigns, internal and external communications, and digital campaigns including social media to optimize positioning of IBM Z and LinuxONE with ISVs and other Ecosystem personas. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to recruit and onboard ISVs on IBM Z/LinuxONE with a focus on Skills Acceleration, Workloads and IBM Z modernization. Skills and knowledge of IBM marketing processes to guide the organization in adhering to all steps and processes including project management, tracking tools, financial approvals, leads tracking and other marketing areas. Marketing lead will help frame marketing strategies and create clear, compelling, differentiated messaging for joint business solutions; and will help optimize the ISV user experience. Develop program and sales collateral, positioning decks, presentations, customer testimonials, supporting event materials, and additional assets. Drive ISV engagement and acts of advocacy. Leverage and drive best practices for marketing campaigns and ensure successful implementation. Develop, organize, coordinate and support execution of webinars, webcasts, events, sponsorships and participation requirements. Measure, analyze, and report results with appropriate metrics - Predefined business metrics for Monthly Operations review to senior management. Manage stakeholder requirements within the Ecosystem team by understanding priorities, objectives, translating the requirements into a marketing brief and articulate the value proposition into clear messaging. Work with creative teams to design marketing collateral in keeping with guidelines and client requirements. Work with external agencies as needed to manage campaigns, execute events (offline and online) and meet the business objectives for each campaign; comply with all operational processes with regards to engaging with external agencies and managing of funds. Project manage priority marketing initiatives from the Ecosystem Team to ensure achievement of objectives along with stakeholder, partner and client satisfaction.
