Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end HR operations for contract employees Onboarding, documentation, offer/appointment letter preparation Attendance & leave management for deployed staff Payroll coordination & salary query resolution PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliance management Employee grievance handling & employee relations Coordination with client HR & internal recruitment team Exit formalities, F&F, reliving/experience letter issuance Required Skills Experience in staffing/contract staffing environment Good knowledge of HR operations & compliance Strong communication & coordination skills Good Excel and HRMS proficiency Ability to manage multiple client accounts and manpower volumes
