Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing insurance product changes and endorsements. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of rotational shifts allowing you to gain valuable experience in the insurance domain. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and process policy changes and endorsements with precision to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for processing policy changes efficiently.
Analyze and verify policy details to ensure accuracy and completeness before making any amendments.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to policy servicing and endorsements.
Utilize insurance product knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Maintain comprehensive records of all policy changes and endorsements for audit and reporting purposes.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for policy servicing processes.
Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets through effective workload management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a seamless policy servicing experience.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy servicing procedures by providing feedback and suggestions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy servicing activities.
Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs and enhance personal growth.

Qualifications

Possess a foundational understanding of insurance products and policy servicing processes.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and process policy changes accurately.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Show attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts ensuring flexibility in operations.
Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry developments.
Experience in handling changes and endorsements in the insurance domain is highly desirable.

Certifications Required

Certification in Insurance Operations or equivalent is preferred.
