Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance policy changes and endorsements. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge insurance products ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. With rotational shifts you will gain diverse experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance policy changes and endorsements efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for policy modifications.
Utilize technical skills in insurance products to accurately update and maintain policy records in the system.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to policy changes ensuring a high level of service.
Analyze policy change requests to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all policy endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products.
Support team members in resolving complex policy servicing issues fostering a collaborative work environment.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing activities.
Contribute to the development of best practices for policy servicing within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting team goals.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their applications.
Demonstrate proficiency in processing changes and endorsements within the insurance domain.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and records.
Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing challenges.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes in the insurance industry.

Certifications Required

Insurance Certification such as AINS or equivalent is preferred.
