Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with around 2 years of experience in core HR operations. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in HRIS and physical personnel files.
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding and exit process, including documentation, background verification, and induction support.
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documents (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.).
  • Manage and validate attendance, leave records, and related inputs for payroll processing.
  • Track and manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, including communication rollouts, tracking of appraisal forms, coordination with managers and employees, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes and timelines.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards for internal use and audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvements in HR operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and basic payroll coordination.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR documentation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
