Experience Required:

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates through job portals, consultancies, and references.
• Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure smooth onboarding & induction processes for new employees.
  

2. HR Operations & Employee Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and systems across the company.
• Handle employee life cycle management (joining to exit).
• Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labor laws.
• Manage payroll processing and HRMS database.
• Oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  

3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• Drive appraisal processes, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify training & development needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances.
  

4. Strategic HR & Operations Support

• Support management in organizational development and succession planning.
• Provide HR analytics & MIS reports to management.
• Collaborate with operations team for manpower planning and productivity improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across locations (Mumbai & Vasai).
  

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle multi-location HR activities.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
