Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production team activities.
Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as required.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to optimize performance.
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Implement lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper equipment usage and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory.

Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems

Education & Experience:

Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.

Working Conditions:

Shop-floor based role with exposure to noise & machinery.
Use of PPE is mandatory.
Overtime may be required.
