Classify indents as Critical, Breakdown, Monthly, or Development. Send indent to GMO Rayagada, and further to Head Office Bhubaneswar for approval and processing. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to: Material Receipt and Issue Diesel and Oil consumption Consumables usage Local procurement and shortages Scrap movement and closing balances Coordinate with Commercial, Maintenance, Electrical, and Production teams for real-time information and follow-ups. Stock Segregation and Monitoring Identify and categorize stock into fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead items. Raise flags for low stock and out-of-stock items regularly. Maintain a separate register for materials requiring urgent replenishment. Scrap & Reuse Management Maintain records of reusable items like scrap CI, bearings, and dismantled parts. Segregate, store, and report scrap movement with approval of Plant In-charge. Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Store Operations. Strong knowledge in physical stock handling, register maintenance, and Tally software entry. Must be familiar with plant-based operations including diesel usage and spares for mechanical/electrical equipment. Should be able to communicate effectively with Plant In-charge, Head Office, and local vendors.
