Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Vasai Employment Type: Full-time (9:00 AM 6:00 PM + Overtime) Vacancies: 2 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production processes while meeting quality standards and deadlines. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production team activities. Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved. Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as required. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to optimize performance. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues. Implement lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper equipment usage and coordinate with maintenance for repairs. Manage raw material and finished goods inventory. Skills Required: Strong leadership & team management Production planning & execution Quality control & compliance knowledge Problem-solving & decision-making Lean manufacturing & process improvement Health & Safety regulations Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills Education & Experience: Diploma / Bachelors in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred). 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production. Working Conditions: Shop-floor based role with exposure to noise & machinery. Use of PPE is mandatory. Overtime may be required.
